20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

A good faith attempt at informal dispute resolution after written notice of your dispute to the Company.

If after 45 calendar days, informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to mediation with a mediator agreed to by you and the Company. Mediation shall take place in the County where the Company is located.

If after 90 days, mediation is unsuccessful you agree to arbitration with a mutually agreed upon arbitrator.

In the event litigation is the last resort for dispute resolution, you agree to waive your right to a jury trial.

You agree that any claims related to or arising out of your use of the Website or these Terms will be brought on an individual basis and will remain between you and the Company.
