WHY I DO WHAT I DO

Meet Tiffany

Eight years ago, I was a successful interior designer with what everyone thought was the perfect life.

I had a great husband, amazing kids, and a thriving business. But major depressive disorder nearly destroyed everything.

The intrusive thoughts were relentless—violent images I couldn't control flooded my mind 24/7. I couldn't remember how to make breakfast for my kids or get dressed in the morning. I had everything that should have made me happy, but instead I spent time in five different mental hospitals and lived with daily thoughts of ending my life.

When conventional approaches kept failing, I decided to create my own path to healing.

I combined everything I’d learned about nutrition, mental health, environmental factors, and movement into an approach that addressed the whole person, not just the symptoms. A big part of what worked for me was understanding the science behind nutrition and mental health. I became an expert in how anti-inflammatory foods can actually change brain chemistry in ways most treatments don't address.

Four weeks into my own protocol, I caught myself singing in the kitchen and realized the depression was completely gone.

That was four years ago. My recovery isn't just about getting back to normal. It's about becoming someone who can help others find their own way to wellness.

I'm now a mental health ambassador and a certified health coach, but more importantly, I'm living proof that complete recovery is possible, even when it seems impossible.

Today, I wake up grateful. I’m not just surviving—I’m completely alive.

I have energy for my family, passion for my interior design business, and genuine joy in the simple things. I live in Charlotte, NC with my husband, our two kids, and a dog who's convinced he's the real boss of our household.
